I’ve never been in better restaurant. The ingredients were fresh and the meals were incredibly delicious. We came here few times and everything was 10 out of 10. The waiter and waitress were really nice and every time made our visit even better.

If you’re looking for the best dining experience in Puerto Rico Marina, don’t waste your time elsewhere, go to La Catina first. Absolutely the best restaurant in the marina area of Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. We dined at La Cantina on night 6 of 7. Honestly, we wished we had discovered it on the first evening. Having experienced different restaurants every night in the Marina and uptown shopping mall areas of Puerto Rico, all of them ‘rated’ in reviews, this was the only restaurant that we felt matched the reviews and lived up to expectations. The food and cocktails were fantastic, excellent quality and presentation, prepared with care, and the service was first-rate. The decor and vibe is 80s/90s granted, but it really was the best dining experience of our holiday.

I never write reviews, but I could not resist writing one now. The whole experience was fantastic. From the moment the super friendly staff welcomed us in to their classy restaurant, I knew I would love the place. All of the staff there were very friendly and welcoming, helping us with questions about the menu and food. I ordered the Iberian pork chops which were mouth watering and definitely the best pork chops with peppercorn sauce I have ever eaten. My partner ordered the Norwegian salmon with dill sauce which she also found delicious. We then moved onto cocktails which were amazing. Whilst drinking our cocktails we engaged in conversation with a couple on the table next to us. They told us they have been coming here for 40 years and I am not at all surprised! This is definitely my favourite restaurant in the whole of Gran Canaria and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff even gave us free drinks at the end, as a token of appreciation for our custom.

Lovely location, opposite the beach. Staff are attentive, accommodating and efficient and the food was to die for. We had the t-bone steak, it was carved into slices and served on a sizzling skillet, cooked to our liking and to perfection. Served with choice of potatoes and seasonal veg alongside were 3 different steak sauces, all tasting amazing! We definitely recommend La Cantina and will be coming back next year!

First class level of service.Very tasty food that you will remember as an incredible pleasure. Polite waiters, very fast service. They helped us with our choice and it was amazing in the end. We also received a compliment from the bar. And all this for the price of a regular cafe in the Netherlands

Fantastic Restaurant, we went here twice during our holiday as we enjoyed it so much the first time. The food was all delicious, portions were generous and of quality ingredients. The staff were all really friendly and probably the best service of any restaurant I have ever been to.
